I was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Arizona in 1991 in search of a better place to raise my family. I began my career in construction while still in high school, starting as a carpenter and working my way into management over the years. I became licensed in California in 1989 and later in Arizona in 1991.

Learning construction from the ground up provided me with a strong understanding of both the field and operational sides of the business. That experience has helped me build practical systems, lead teams effectively, solve complex problems, and understand the importance of accountability, structure, and consistent execution across every level of a project.
